Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Everyday Bargains. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return most items for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@everyday-bargains.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: beauty products, bath products, and underwear/hosiery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
